If you find the quality of your molds inferior, return the unsatisfied portion back to us within 10 days of receiving them for an exchange. This should give you enough time to notice any imperfections to the quality of your order.

All molds must not be altered in anyway from the condition that you received them. 

A replacement order will be sent for the molds after inspection to be sure that there is indeed a defect in workmanship, and not by misuse of our product.
