We make every effort to offer our customers the finest molds available. We are sure that you will be very pleased with our workmanship and service here at Mad About Molds, however if you  find the quality of your molds inferior, return the unsatisfied portion back to us within 10 days of receiving them for an exchange. 

All molds must not be altered in anyway from the condition that you received them. 

A replacement order will be sent for the molds after inspection to be sure that there is indeed a defect in workmanship, and not by misuse of our product.

This garantee does not include errors of not reading the product discription unless the wrong item was sent to you, such as the molds size listed or the type of mold ordered. For example you ordered the wrong option of either a hard mold or a flexible mold.
