The pictures are not loading.

If you notice that a picture is not loading, you will see an x in it’s place. In most cases refreshing or reloading the page will correct the error, so you are able to view the picture.

Trouble viewing website.

Several factors can contribute to problems viewing our website. When this happens please remember that it is best to keep your “change zoom setting” to 100% to make sure the “add to cart” buttons remain in the correct locations.

Not all versions of browsers are compatible with this website, for this reason you may have troubles with images over lapping or the shopping cart buttons from working. If you experience these problems, you can email us a list of the molds that you would like to order, and we can send you an invoice by email. This email will instruct in the process to make your payment online.

___________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Nothing happens when I click on the “Add to cart” button.

You may have a pop-up blocker preventing the shopping cart page to load. Try holding down the “control key” as you click the “add to cart” button. This should help you out.

Placing your order by email.

Just email us a list of the molds that you would like to order, and we can send you an invoice by email. This email will instruct you in the process to make your payment. Or if you would like to mail us your order, you can print our order form HERE.

What to do if click on “ZOOM” does not open:

If you are using pop-up blocking software, click on the pop-up blocking software icon and allow the pop-ups or temporarily disable pop-up blocking. Tip: Many pop-up blockers allow you to use the "ctrl" key on your keyboard to temporarily disable the blocker. Press the "ctrl" key while clicking on “ZOOM” to launch the larger image.

We have had some questions about windows that do not open up on our website, which can prevent the shopping cart from not working properly and the zoom feature not to work with pictures. Many times this is because of a pop-up blocker installed on your computer. By simple closing the pop-up blocker temporarily you will be able to fix this problem when visiting our website. Yahoo toolbar and Google toolbar also have a pop-up blocker that you can disable temporarily to be able to have the best viewing experience when you visit us here.

Pop Up blockers
In order to open various tools on our site, you will need to disable pop-up blockers you may have installed. A blocker might be part of your browser or ISP, or you may have downloaded and installed it as part of a "toolbar" or other program such as an antivirus program.

In any case, you can customize the blocker's setting to allow pop-ups full-time or temporarily while you use a tool on our site that requires pop-up for access.

For full instructions on how to operate any pop-up blocker, please refer to the software's help documentation. Here is a quick guide:
